Randy Buckingham:

Randy is our  counterman and is your main source for all of your questions regarding parts for your engine and boat. Randy is an avid boater and is the Rear Commodore of PBYC. Steve Phillips, Shipwright:

Steve is a relativley new addition to our crew and brings a host of boat knowledge with him. You might recognize Steve as he is frequently sighted on the bows of our areas fastest racing boats. Steve is a top notch carpenter and able shipwright. He hails from Colorado where he mastered the sport of hang gliding. He once traveled over 120 miles by glider! He lives aboard his CT Ketch. Mr. Frank Gomez:

Frank started with us in 1989. He is our senior shipwright and painter. This paint job is about halfway done since we have been timing the process with record winds and cold. Frank is using a new Sata HVLP gun with our new treated and dried air supply. THANKS FRANK!

Lonso Lopez, Painter:

Alonso is an Oxnard Community College Autobody Technology Student. He is an excellent painter and is learning about boats everyday. Alonso is pretty quiet, but watch out, he asks some terrific questions and takes great pride in his work. THANKS ALONSO!

Lucio Bazquez:

Lucio is our main painter at our Channel Islands facility. Lucio is a terrific person and works very hard. You will find his work to be impeccable and proud. He is more than happy to help you with any concerns regarding your next bottom job. THANKS LUCIO!

Dan Rivera:

Dan is Anchors Way Marine's Yard Custodian. We like to call him our Cleaner Fish, Dan has been with us since 2000 and loves to work. We really don't know how old Dan is, but he is in excellent condition. He rides his bike to and from work logging over 25 miles a day! Everyday begins with a proclamation from Dan "It is a great day to work Boss!" THANKS DAN!

Danery Neptaly:

Danery is our equipment operator at our Channel Islands facility. Danery has been working at the yard for 18 years!. He will more than likely be the first person you see upon arrival and at departure. He is always smiling and knows the yard like the back of his hand. Ask him for help and you won't be dissapointed. Jet:

Jet has been with Anchors Way Marine since 2005. She is in charge of yard security and greets all comers with a bark or a wag, depending on the day. Don't worry, she has never bitten anyone,but she does love treats!
